Return Policy

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging
  • Not be altered, damaged, or modified by the customer

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

5. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without approval or to an unauthorized address may be rejected and may not qualify for a refund.

6. Promotional Gifts

If your order included free gifts, promotional items, or bonus products, they must be returned together with the purchased product. Failure to return promotional items may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchange Policy

3. Exchange Fees
